The Benchmark® 615 is designed for low volume production in hot melt applications utilizing high-viscosity butyls, sealants, and mastics. This small, bulk hot melt applicator provides the performance, dependability, and value that have long been the standard of Benchmark® Hot Melt Handgun Systems. Features include:

• 120 VAC, 20 A
• 2 gallon, 7 inch diameter tank that accepts chunked material
• Up to 1 lb/min gunning rate
• Up to 8 lb/h melt rate
• High-output, hardened steel spur gear pump with pulse-free material delivery
• Adjustable flow control for smooth, bubble-free material lay down

And, like all Benchmark® Hot Melt Handgun Systems, the Benchmark® 615 offers simple set-up and easy-to-use controls with a locking front panel. Additional features include:
