HMT's Exclusive NXP® (New Exchange Program)
If an HMT component shows sign of wearing out, call us and we'll send you a new one. When the new one arrives, you install it and then send the old component back to us. The net result is no rebuilds and no downtime.
DFS® Repair & Assembly Kits
Because all hot melt materials degrade, quick-change serviceability is a must for most operations. The solution is our DFS® (Designed For Serviceability) Repair & Assembly Kits. Available for immediate shipment, they are the surest way we know to minimize downtime.
Complete Repair And Refurbish Services
On occasion, a pump, hose or gun may need repair and you may not want to do it yourself. Simply send it back to HMT. Our technicians will evaluate the returned item and call you with a repair, refurbish or exchange cost.
Expert Customer And Technical Assistance
With our certified Hot Melt Adhesives Test and Process Evaluation Lab, we can simulate your hot melt application. We can measure output, usage and melt-rate requirements. We can help to correct any problems and assist you in identifying ways to make your process more trouble free.
