Durable - ProFlex Systems use 10-gauge, cold-rolled welded steel platforms, modular aluminum melt tanks, steel gear pumps and high-torque fractional horsepower drive motors along with high-strength heated hoses and guns.

Flexible - ProFlex Systems can be used with either handguns or automatic guns. Interchangeable gun nozzles allow for bead or spray applications and heated hose lengths up to 24 ft are available.

Capable - ProFlex Systems offer up to four hose/gun capacity. Each hose/gun can handle fluid viscosities up to 200,000 cps and temperatures up to 475° F with flow rates as high as 120 lbs/hour. (All pump and melt rates are material dependent.)

Easy-To-Use - HMT ProFlex™ System Controls are an integral part of every ProFlex System. Temperature settings are secured behind a tamper-resistant front panel and flow adjustments are made with a single knob.
