ProFlex® System Hot Melt Glue Tanks

Interchangeable Melt Tanks

HMT’s patented modular melt tank design provides the ultimate in quick-change flexibility and easy serviceability. Each provides on-demand melting; all tanks are TFE coated for easy cleaning. Available with single or dual melt grids. Sizes and styles include:

  • 25 lb (approx. 3 gallons)
  • 35 lb (approx. 5 gallons)
  • 50 lb (approx. 7 gallons)
  • 135 lb (approx. 20 gallons)
  • 200 lb (approx. 28 gallons)

Special Purpose Melt Tanks are available for:

  • PUR’s (moisture-cure hot melts)
  • HSA’s (heat sensitive hot melts)
  • Sealants
