Protective Packaging

Foam-to-foam and foam-to-corrugate bonding are widely used in protective packaging applications where secure product protection is critical during shipping and handling. HMT’s Hot melt adhesive systems help manufacturers efficiently assemble custom protective packaging solutions designed to minimize product movement and reduce damage in transit. Benchmark® and ProFlex® hot melt systems deliver accurate bead and spray applications providing dependable adhesive performance for a wide range of protective packaging assembly operations.

Handle Attachment

Industrial & RV Walls

HMT’s Benchmark® and ProFlex® hot melt adhesive systems deliver dependable bead and spray application performance designed to improve assembly efficiency, adhesive consistency, and overall productivity. These systems support a wide range of rigid foam insulation and RV wall construction applications, including the pre-application of pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) with release liners for fast, efficient final installation. In RV wall assembly operations, swirl spray hot melt technology is commonly used to bond rigid foam insulation to aluminum wall structures while also securing backer plates and additional components.

Handle Attachment

Automotive

HMT® hot melt adhesive dispensing systems help automotive manufacturers improve assembly efficiency, adhesive accuracy, and overall production consistency in foam bonding applications. Flexible foam insulation materials are commonly coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) and covered with a release liner, allowing installers to quickly position and secure components during final vehicle assembly. These foam parts are widely used throughout automotive applications for sound dampening, vibration control, gap sealing, and impact cushioning.
